Value Plus is a boutique management consulting firm founded in 1996 by Mr. Sunil Kamdar. We have a team of professionals with extensive experience across various disciplines and industries.
The firm offers services in the areas of strategy, operations, human resource management, and finance.
We work with a limited number of clients at a given point in time so that we can offer our undivided attention and focus on achieving results.
Since inception, we have worked with over 30 small, mid, and large sized companies with a 100% success rate.

Managing Partner
Sunil leads Value Plus with over 30 years of experience in the areas of management consulting, restructuring and turnaround, PE placements, debt syndication, and project finance.
Prior to founding Value Plus, he has worked with ICICI and I-Sec in the investment banking practice.
Sunil is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in General Law
